  • When will my order ship?

    All in stock orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. You should receive an e-mail once your item has shipped along with tracking info.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, International orders ship via postal service. You might be charged custom fees depending on your country of residence. We cannot keep track of these, and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs. If you do not see your country available in the shipping options, please send us an e mail and we can add it.

  • How can I change my order?

    Simply send us an e-mail stating the issue. You should receive an e-mail from us confirming the 'change of order'. Once you receive the confirmation e-mail you may then place the correct order

  • What happens if my package is lost or stolen in transit?

    If your package is damaged or stolen as a result of the carrier then a claim will be created with the carrier to try and get the package reimbursed. Once the claim is resolved we will reimburse the customer directly. Please understand that creating a claim does not mean that it is guaranteed to be accepted by the carrier.

  • How should I care for my clothes?

    Our apparel can be washed by machine or dry cleaning.

  • How do I know what size to get?

    Our apparel is U.S. standard size. Ex: If you wear a medium then get a medium. In cases when we are using sizes different from the U.S. standard size it will be stated in the description.

  • Can I return what I have purchased?

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
