Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

PROCESSING TIME IS 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE FOR IN STOCK ITEMS, AND 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR BACK ORDERED OR PREORDER ITEMS, WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.

 

Shipments/deliveries will proceed throughout the week and weekends. Deliveries will not take place on holidays. If Good Times Collection New York is experiencing a high volume of orders please allow us some time to process everything. If there are any delays we will send an e-mail with the updates.

We are not responsible for any weather related damage or delays.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please select USPS Priority or Express shipping service. If your package is returned you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to and for the shipping service of your choice between First class $3.40 USD, Priority USPS $7.60 USD or Express USPS $40.00 USD. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PACKAGE'S TRACKING PROGRESS.

SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments. We will not refund shipping fees on returns initiated by the customer or for refunds issued by us on skins that due to user error were installed incorrectly or damaged. Only if we sent the wrong product and you decide you don't want a replacement we will refund the shipping fee, we will request the skin back or that you destroy the product and provide photographic proof that the product is not longer usable before we process the refund.

Those who have made purchases can expect shipment confirmation and tacking number within 1-2 days

Customs, duties, and taxes

Good Times Collection New York is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Good Times Collection New York is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Good Times Collection New York ships to all countries outside of the United States.

Returns Policy

You may exchange or return unworn or undamaged garments within 10 days of receipt. If there is an issue with your garment(s) when you receive it and it was at fault of Good Times Collection we will work with you to fix this, you may be asked to provide photographic proof for refunds or exchanges. Customers can start the return process by e-mailing us about the problem. Once confirmation of the return has been processed by us we will issue a return label. Once accepted all returns must be sent to P.O. Box 340286, Brooklyn, NY 11234, United States.

We do not REFUND for damage of package, if you like to add insurance to your order to cover this please select USPS Priority or Express shipping at checkout and your shipment will be insured for up to $100 USD.

EXCHANGES

Message us on by email within 10 DAYS of receiving you order with your order # and reason you would like to exchange or refund your garment and we will give you instructions. Do not send back your items without Good Times Collection New York approving the exchange!
